Process for observers:
- Your registration is pending authorization
Your registration is currently under authorization process by the Operating Office. - Proposal requirement by member companies
Remember that your participation has to be proposed by two member companies of which at least one shall be from your country in case of countries that already have PASA members.Proposals should be sent to:
The Operating Office will make inquiries and specifically inform you whether you are authorized to participate.
Note: This category does NOT include consultants, intermediaries or reinsurance brokers.
- Authorization and next step
After receiving the authorization from the Operating Office by e-mail, you may make the payment and the hotel reservation. - Status “in process”
As from the reception of this e-mail message, the status of your registration will be “in process”. - Final confirmation
Upon payment verification, the status of your registration will be “confirmed”.

To Observers:
PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE BANK TRANSFER OR THE HOTEL RESERVATION until you receive a message from the Operating Office informing that your registration has been authorized.
You will avoid inconveniences during the registration process.

- Ensure that the two member companies have sent their proposals
- Check your email regularly (including spam folder)

- The authorization process may take several business days
