REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Important note: Please consider that this is not an automatic registration process; it requires authorizations.

1. Complete and send this form online.
2. When the form is received at the Operating Office, a message will be sent to you either informing that the status of your registration is “in process” or requesting additional information in order to continue.
3. If the message from the Operating Office says that the status of your registration is “in process”, you will be informed as to how to make the payment and to request hotel reservation.
4. When you receive the message with the invoice, you can choose to make the payment either through a bank transfer or through the credit card payment platform.
5. When the payment is verified, the status of your registration will change to “confirmed”.
6. You can check your registration status in the Attendants’ List appearing in the event’s Section of our website.

Categories of registration

• PASA MEMBER: An employee having a stable labor relationship with the member company. This category DOES NOT INCLUDE consultants or advisors of the member company.
• OBSERVER “M”: Employee of an affiliate or branch or representative office of a member company. This category does NOT include consultants or advisors of the member company.
• OBSERVER “A/B/C”: Representatives of a NON MEMBER company. They should be proposed by two member companies of which at least one company must be from the same country in the case of countries that already have PASA members. Proposals should be sent to eventos@apfpasa.ch so that the Operating Office may make inquiries and specifically inform them whether they are authorized to participate. This category does NOT include consultants, reinsurance brokers or intermediaries.
  • Observer A: non-member company attending a PASA event for the first time.
  • Observer B: non-member company attending a PASA event for the second time.
  • Observer C: non-member company attending a PASA event for the third time or more.
• GUEST: An officer who is especially invited by PASA authorities.
• PRESS: An insurance media representative who is especially invited by PASA authorities.
• FORUM ONLY: Sessions open to professionals and technicians from insurance companies, reinsurance companies, intermediaries, contractors, public or private entities, etc.
• SPEAKER: A lecturer who is especially invited by PASA authorities.

Registration fees:

• The rates do not include in-out airport transfer.
• For the PASA School – Surety: the rates include academic activities to be held on Monday 5 and Tuesday 6 October (coffee breaks and lunches) and social activities on Monday 5 (camaraderie dinner).
• For the PASA School – Credit Insurance: the rates include academic activities to be held on Monday 5 and Tuesday 6 October (coffee breaks and lunches) and social activities on Monday 5 (camaraderie dinner).
• For the International Meeting: the rates include academic and social activities to be held on Wednesday 7 October (coffee break and lunch).
• For the Technical Seminar: the rates include academic activities to be held on Thursday 8 and Friday 9 October (coffee breaks) and social activities to be held on Tuesday 6 (welcome cocktail), Wednesday 7 (camaraderie dinner) and Thursday 8 (dinner).

Policy for registration cancellations

Cancellations are to be submitted in writing clearly stating name and company up to August 31, 2026 to eventos@apfpasa.ch.

• No reimbursements will be made for cancellations informed as from September 1, 2026.
• All cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of USD 60 including tax.
• Accepted reimbursements will be made after the closing of the event.
